This extremely funky skirt is made from a mixure of cotton spansax and knittet cotton materials. It's folded over at the top to adjust the hight for you and it has leggings attached by cute bead (like suspenders).
I suggest to unbead them when you wash it or pu it in a washing bag to prevent tangling.
The skirt can also be used without the leggings over pants tights or even on their own.
