SHIPPING POLICIES

All items are shipped from our warehouse in Byron Bay.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at hello@sylph.com.au. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Within Australia â€‹

Shipping is sent by Australia post Express post bags.
Express post within Australia takes between 1 to 5 working after dispatch depends on your location within Australia.
SYLPH endeavours to process you order as soon as possible. Handling take 1-3 days. If your order is specially urgent –please let us know in an email.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Shipping Internationally

Regular international packages are varied according to where it is sent to. 

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. we do everything we can to ensure that customs understand that its a private purchase and should not charge you. However international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.
