RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We aim for full customer satisfactory with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced or sale item subject to the following conditions:

- The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as      they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns time frame.
 

- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.


- Gift Vouchers – Gift Vouchers may not be returned and are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Please note: That we can only exchange items for a different size or colour if they are available. If a model, size or colour is unavailable a gift-card will be issued instead.

We offer an exchange, or gift-card, on all garments returned within 14 days.

Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of being received. However, please note that during busy periods such as seasonal or promotional sales, as well as Christmas and New Years, processing may take longer.

To return an item, please enclose the order reference number or invoice within the parcel being returned.

We recommend that you return your item(s) back to us by using a secure, insured and tracked delivery service. SYLPH is not responsible for any items not received or lost.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs.

All refunds will be made via the original method of payment.

Postage and packaging will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.

In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or faulty item from us we will refund any return postage costs incurred. A member of our Customer Care team will contact you in order to arrange this. We cannot, however, be responsible for, or comment on any such case until the item has been returned, assessed by our Team and confirmed as faulty.
